We founded the company because of the lack of inventories that other supply houses were keeping.

With 22 years of experience in the industry, Adam Jurczyk is the co-founder and CEO of Evolution Supply Inc., a family-owned business he helped establish in 2020. The company was established in response to the challenges of disrupted supply chains and limited product availability, recognizing the need for a reliable source of high-quality building materials.
At the heart of Evolution Supply Inc. is a customer-first approach, focused on delivering exceptional products and personalized service. The company’s mission is to build trust and community by delivering exceptional products and personalized service, with a focus on cultivating long-term relationships with customers and ensuring that every project upholds their commitment to quality, integrity, and family values. Adam’s leadership is driven by these core principles, and he is focused on continuing the family legacy in the building supply industry for many years to come.
With over 50 years of combined experience in the family business, Adam and his team have earned the trust of thousands of satisfied customers. They remain committed to providing reliable, top-quality materials for building projects across the industry.
Adam earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Iowa, with a focus on Economics, and holds a Certificate in Entrepreneurship. Adam also serves as a trustee for Cuba Township.

With 23 years of industry experience, Bryan Jurczyk is committed to enhancing operational efficiency and delivering an unparalleled customer experience. His passion for the industry comes from a belief that attention to detail and a customer-first approach make all the difference.
Bryan’s expertise is built on real-world experience, including prior military service, which has shaped his disciplined approach to problem-solving and innovation. He excels at streamlining operations and bringing innovative ideas to life.
As President and Co-Founder of Evolution Supply, Bryan ensures that the company sets the highest standard for accuracy, reliability, and service. His leadership is driven by a dedication to quality, reliability, and continuous improvement.
Outside of work, he balances the high energy of soccer with the calming presence of his two dogs and their long walks through the forest.
